DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries - Before ordering please read this page.
The delivery vehicles need a firm level surface to unload, and you must ensure that the delivery driver and his vehicle will have safe access to the unloading point. Deliveries are kerbside and where possible the driver will try and leave your delivery where requested. The lorries use small trollies to move the pallet manually, and the surface must be level and solid, i.e. concrete, block paving, or tarmac, but definitely NOT on soil, gravel, uneven or loose ground. Deliveries cannot be made onto ANY FORM OF SLOPE.

It is at the delivery driver's discretion whether or not these circumstances and conditions are deemed to be safe and suitable for the delivery to be completed. We do not accept any liability for the consequences resulting from the positioning of pallets or bulk bags by the delivery driver.

We prefer to deliver with the customer or representative present, however we can accept no liability for any damage, theft or deterioration to the items if the customer/representative is not present.

Ordering
When you have chosen your products please email or telephone your order 3-5 days in advance with a preferred delivery date. If a timed delivery is required, (am/pm, or Saturday morning) this can be arranged but at extra cost.

We also ask that on receipt of our invoice, you confirm your order and payment method by return email. This email will action your order and confirm your agreement to our delivery terms and conditions.

General
Discount Stone will always endeavour to deliver your order safely, on time and in good condition. However, we ask that when you order, you take full responsibility for the delivery requirements and that you read and accept the conditions contained on this page and make sure these have been met.

Discount Stone will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control. If the delivery is unable to be completed or refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost and any cost incurred by Discount Stone to have the goods returned.
